Website use
Website terms
These terms apply to this website. Project work is governed only by the separate written agreement signed for that project.
Effective August 31, 2026Informational website only
This website presents general information about Z'N D Home Improvement LLC, doing business under the Z'ND brand, examples of services, contact options, and an optional creative tool. Website content is not an offer, bid, estimate, guarantee, construction specification, or home-improvement contract.
Business and licensing
Z'N D Home Improvement LLC holds Westchester County home-improvement contractor license WC-38168-H24. Services advertised through this website are offered in Westchester County and remain subject to the scope, status, and requirements of applicable licensing, permits, insurance, codes, and written project agreements.
Inquiries, estimates, and project agreements
A call, text, email, preliminary discussion, site visit, or exchange of ideas does not by itself create a contract or require either party to proceed. Scope, price, payment schedule, materials, timing, design responsibility, permits, warranties, change procedures, and other project terms are established only in an applicable written agreement signed by the parties.
Nothing on this website replaces disclosures, cancellation rights, notices, or other protections required by New York law or the law governing a particular project.
Services and project suitability
Services are subject to site conditions, inspection, feasibility, material availability, scheduling, applicable codes and permits, and the licensing or insurance requirements of the project location. A service shown on this website may not be appropriate or available for every property or jurisdiction.
New York consumer information
Qualifying New York home-improvement work will be documented in a written agreement before work begins. That agreement—not this website—contains the project terms and the notices and consumer protections required for the job. Homeowners can review the New York Attorney General's contractor guidance.
Design concepts and Cabinet Playground
The Cabinet Playground and any measurements, drawings, arrangements, or outputs shown in it are for inspiration only. They are not final drawings, shop drawings, engineering, architectural advice, code analysis, a material list, a quote, or a construction plan. Do not purchase materials or build from the tool's output.
Preliminary ideas and reference images must be reviewed for dimensions, safety, structural needs, code, intellectual-property concerns, and buildability. Z'ND design services, when requested, are separately scoped and priced.
Project images and website content
Images and descriptions illustrate style and general capability; every project, site condition, material, and finish is different. Screen color and photography may not reproduce materials exactly. Website text, branding, layouts, and photography may not be copied or commercially reused without permission from the applicable rights holder.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep the website useful and accurate, but information may become outdated and the site may occasionally be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, do not rely on website content as a substitute for a project-specific written agreement or advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a way that disrupts service, misrepresent an association with Z'ND, or use website content unlawfully.
Governing law and preserved rights
These website terms are governed by New York law, without overriding consumer protections or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Project contracts may contain their own governing terms.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the website changes. Continued use after revised terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised website terms. Questions may be sent to domc8575@gmail.com.
